Chamber of Commerce "Pottery on the Square Event" in Monmouth, Illinois.  COIPS along with members of </B><I><B>The Blue and White Club</B></I><B>, </B><I><B>The Sleepy Eye Club</B></I><B>, and </B><I><B>The Red Wing Collectors Society</B></I><B>  have attended. Activities included a terrific Swap Meet, pottery throwing demonstrations, impressive window displays of rare pottery pieces, and an appraisers tent. </B><B>Newer members noted that on this special morning many horse trades and sales were made between exhibitors as the sun came up. We always anticipate really nice  turn out. Many special pieces of stoneware find new homes.
