Special thanks was given to all current and past board members for all their hard work and dedication to COIPS, and to Board Member Jenks for his contributions and past service to COIPS. New Board members elected at the Business Meeting were Ray and Kathy Goodell.  Saturday entailed four very interesting and creative show displays, the COIPS Show and Sale, an in-depth and informative seminar about 19th Century Potters, Potteries, and Ceramics, of Upper Alton, Madison County, Illinois, was presented by Greg Mathis ending with a reading of the special poem </B><I><B><U>"Treasures - The Pride of the Upper Alton Mother"</U></B></I><B> by Mary Mathis.  We received a great banquet dinner that evening, followed by the evening major auction.
